Conditions of Stay

• Minimum stay of 4 nights (10 nights over Christmas and New Year - 2010 onwards)
• A nonrefundable deposit of 15% (30% for Peak season) is required to secure your reservation.
• The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date.
• Payments are to be made via a Pay Pal account or a bank SWIFT transfer to our nominated bank account
• Smoking within the villa is not permitted
• This villa is not recommended for wheelchair bound persons due to its hillside positioning.
• Only those persons stated prior to arrival have permission to stay at the villa.  Any persons not listed are strictly forbidden to stay without permission from the Guest Manager. If this rule is breached, the owner reserves the right to ask all people to immediately leave the villa with no refund.

Airport Transfers

• We recommend you to book your flight to Samui directly online with Bangkok Airways at www.bangkokair.com
• All airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary. You will travel by private car or minibus directly to your location.
• As soon as the reservation is confirmed we kindly ask you to send us your flight details so that our Guest Relations Manager may arrange the airport pick up.

Security Deposit

As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request to withhold one passport for the duration of your stay. The passport must be from one person staying at the villa. It will be stored in a safe during your holiday period and handed back prior to departure. Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value.
